Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling

Your order should ship within 2 to 3 business days following order confirmation. Please allow 1-2 additional days for orders placed on holidays, through website promotion periods, or on extended weekends.

Shipping is available within the contiguos US and the states of Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you need your items to be delivered to a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, please contact us prior to placing your order.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping through our website, nor shipping to US Territories. If you need your items to be delivered overseas, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can provide you with estimated shipping cost.

Orders of items which add up to $220 or more, and that ship within the contiguous US will be shipped for free. This excludes orders shipped to US states Alaska and Hawaii.

Just like orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories and International orders will not be shipped for free regardless of the total amount.

Alternate Addresses

You may choose to deliver your package to your billing address, an alternate address, or as a gift to a second recipient. If you would like to include a gift enclosure with a hand-written message, please include your message in the “Additional Information” field provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Partners

There will be a variety of shipping options provided to you at checkout which may include estimated ship times and rates. CELIStial Art has currently partnered with USPS and FedEx for all our shipping needs.

Tracking Your Package

All packages are sent with a tracking number that is emailed to customers once their order has been shipped. Please ensure we have an accurate email address, to ensure that you receive your receipts and tracking information. If you have not received your tracking number, feel free to contact us at customercare@celistialart.com and we will provide that to you.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost varies, and it is dependent on package weight, package size, shipping distance and selected delivery time upon checkout. Our rates are automatically populated by our shipping system and reflect current rates for USPS and FedEx. We do our best to pack boxes as safely as possible, in the smallest box size possible, to ensure the lowest shipping price possible. Given the delicate nature of our products, we pay close attention to packing the items with sufficient padding material to minimize any potential damage in transit.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

CELIStial Art is not responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise undeliverable packages. We will work with you and shipping providers to the best of our ability to ensure your package is delivered without issue. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information to CELIStial Art, including floor, suite, or apartment numbers where applicable. Once the item has left our warehouse, we unfortunately have no additional way to track your package other than using the tracking number and contacting the local shipping carrier location. If you are having a difficult time locating your package, please contact your local shipping carrier location.
